Making treats with Kathryn...

Kathryn is so good at baking and bringing fun things for the kids to do. Over the holiday's we made a few different treats with her. She brought over these cute gingerbread castles one day and we decorated them. The kids had so much fun!

{I'm not sure when Taylor started smiling with this half pirate-like smile} :)

And then another day we decorated sugar cookies. She brought over everything you can even imagine for decorating cookies.

Christmas eve & Christmas with Papa...

We had a wonderful Christmas eve & Christmas day up at my dad's house with my siblings. We were once again, spoiled rotten! Delicious food and lots of fun toys for the kids!

We tried to weigh Kenzie on my dad's food scale. Probably the only time in her life it will ever read Overload for her! :)

Of course, whenever there is a family gathering, an arm wrestling tournament is bound to happen!

A big hit of the night was Uncle Ben giving the kids airplane rides. Chris (in his ugly Christmas sweater and all) had to give Ben his own airplane ride! :) Boys will be boys!

Then the fun began...

Once again, Tuckers face while opening presents is priceless. I love it!

We told dad to look out the window and there was a deer in his front yard! (It's a target to practice his hunting.)

The princess tent for the girls was a big hit with the kids. A little dance party may have happened with the kids.

Santa's visit...

What, doesn't Santa always show up on a Harley? :)

Santa came to visit us this year personally at my dad's house. The kids were SO excited!

Well, this one for sure was excited...

Cassidy on the other hand, not so much...

Kenzie wasn't too impressed, either...

The kids all got to sit on his lap individually and open a present with Santa. It was pretty cool!

I always love to watch Tuckers facial expressions while opening gifts. He always gets SO excited!

We are so lucky to have a Papa who sets up a personal visit from Santa! :)

Christmas with Grandma 2011...

Well, it's always Christmas when grandma is in town, but this time it was REALLY Christmas! :) The kids were so excited to have grandma come to town to stay with us for a few days. She decided to come for a few days before Christmas because that is when everyone was going to be here.

She also wanted to take the kids to see Santa. There are so many of them now that she had to jump in to help wrangle them in! :) Unfortunately Cassidy refused to be wrangled! :)

Since we were at the mall, we decided to stay and do some shopping! Here are Uncle Nathan & cute Kenzie...

Then we came back to our house to play for a bit...

That night, we of course, had a slumber party with Keyton...

That night while the boys were asleep, Grandma Santa came and delivered all of her goods! :)

The next day we had Christmas. After a delicious dinner at Hu-Hot, we got the kids in their pj's and enjoyed an evening together.

This little one loves to dance, and she got a laptop that plays music. She was having a great time dancing all night!

Then we had to say good bye to our cousins. Taylor wanted to give some loves on Carter, she loves Carter!

We just had such a wonderful time together with Grandma, and were so lucky to get spoiled by her once again! :) We love you grandma!!
