Can you believe that it has been 18 years since that day at Horizon Jr. High when I was wearing my purple flower overalls with one strap down and you were wearing your teal v-neck sweater with matching scrunchy socks and golf shoes??? oh, terry, that post would have made my heart so happy if you hadn't included such a lovely example of one of our so-called self-portraits (and at the beach, wow!) thanks for the b-day shout-out. now i am going to have to find a way to one up you in exactly one month for your big 3-0 day! here's to another 18 great years (how is it possible that i am old enough to have had a friend for that long???). love ya, girlie, girl!
