Florida Bound...

So one of grandpa's clients has a condo at Fort Walton, FL right on the beach and he came home one day and told us that this client of his had offered up a condo for us to use for a few nights. It was the week before the 4th of July and he had a few nights open and he gave it to us. So, grandma, our family, the Boyd's and the Albritton's all packed up and headed down for the coast.
We had to make an unexpected stop at an abandoned gas station when Everett started throwing up. Because, of course, someone had to start throwing up. :) Alex freaked out and had to run away as fast as he could. We got things cleaned up and settled down, and realized we were right by the sign for the town of Opp! Grandma's hometown. She hates going down there because of the bad things that happened with her family members after her parents died, but Ben and all of his siblings all have fond memories of going there as kids to visit their grandparents. Funny story, the only other time I've driven by Opp is when we went to the beach years ago and I got car sick and we had to pull over on the side of the road and I threw up and it also happened to be right by the Opp sign.
We had to go over and actually take a picture with the sign this time.
We finally got into Fort Walton and it was so beautiful! I absolutely love this part of the Florida beach. The Condo was RIGHT on the beach. Like ground level at this resort where we could walk 5 steps and be at the beach.
Once we got all settled and the kids got their suits on, we sprinted for the beach!
Alex and Tucker:
Jackson running at the beach:
And Taylor! To say we were excited to be at the beach would be an understatement!
These cute little cousins just love each other so much!

And we had this beautiful beach and we all just went for it!

Oh, I just love my feet in the sand!
This child was obsessed with boogie boarding. He was in the water all night long. And the next day and the day after that, as much as he could!
The sand was so soft and warm...
And those were our condos right behind us:
I just love this beautiful lady!

I just love this big pack of boys we have here:
They had so much fun at the beach and we stayed out  until well after the sun went down. They were having so much fun!
